A complaint should always be in writing and include the following information:

* Company name and address

* Contact

* Case for complaint

All complaints at Nordic NDT AB are handled by the principal responsible. its representatives.

Staff at Nordic NDT AB, who participated in the mission, can not participate in the consideration of a complaint.

After the investigation of the case, the result is communicated in writing to the complainant.

All complaints and their documentation are handled by the company's management team.
